How to Use the Internet Delivery System

1. Browse the descriptions and sample reports which are shown below.

2. Contact us via e-maildneely10@cogeco.ca or call us at 1 (613) 546-6532 to arrange for payment and to receive an appropriate Response Link ID.

3. Sign on to the response link and complete the questionnaire. It will be e-mailed directly to a D.K. Neely and Associates administrator.

4. We will forward a report to you via e-mail or hard-copy version as you require.
