A Typical Workplace Restoration Process would include some/all of the following

Step 1. Understanding the goals and expectations of the client.
client meetings
proposal generation

Step 2. Understanding the current situation in the work environment
background/history from management
individual staff interviews
anonymous staff attitude survey
360 Feedback analysis for key players

Step 3. Designing an intervention based on the input in steps 1 and 2
pulling all of the information together to create an effective training process

Step 4. Delivery
customized seminars to meet needs as identified
individual 360 feedback report discussions (areas to improve, action plans etc.)

Step 5. Reinforcement
• Follow Up meetings as required (1/4ly at a minimum)

Step 6. Measurement and Accountability
After 8-12 months we repeat many of the parts of step as required, asking "What has changed?
• Follow up in 6-8 months - what's changed?, 360 repeated etc.
