How
can we improve their performance and job satisfaction?
After completing the appropriate
assessments as described above, we will work with an individual
either via telephone or with on-site visits to provide ongoing
consulting and coaching. The price of the total package will
depend on the time involved in this step.

Typical
Prices
A normal coaching process would
sell for about $750, which would include:
3 Online Assessments (MFS, PIAV, Attributes Index)
1 on-site coaching session (+
additional time/travel expenses as required)
3 fifteen minute phone consultations
Optional weekly/monthly follow
up calls are available (typically 30 minute call each week
for $200 per month)
